Mr. Hoppe was born in Alexandria, Virginia and presently lives with his wife and two children in Delaware County, PA. He graduated from Widener University School of Law with a J.D. in 1991. He did his undergraduate studies at Old Dominion University from where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1987.
